Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering (DJSCE) is a private engineering college established in the year 1994 by Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal’s (SVKM). The college is located in Mumbai city with state-of-art facilities. In a survey conducted by “India Today”, DJSCE Mumbai has been ranked 2nd best private engineering College in the west zone of India.

By continuous efforts in making it as a quality Engineering College, the institute has received ‘A’ grade certificate from the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State. The college is affiliated to Mumbai University and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). All the courses are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation.

DJSCE College has 174 faculty members and runs 8 undergraduate courses, 3 postgraduate courses, and 3 Ph.D courses mainly in the stream of engineering.

DJSCE admission in UG courses is based on the merit in the 12th class examination and rank in JEE main/MHT CET entrance exam. Admission to PG courses is based on the graduation passed from a recognized university and a valid GATE score. Ph. D course at DJSCE admits candidates based on the qualifying marks in postgraduate degree from a recognized university and Mumbai University entrance exam.

The DJSCE placement cell is fully committed to the recruitment process. The department always helps students to choose an appropriate career and improve their interpersonal skills. Soft skill training is provided to students along with internships and final placements. Many students have chosen higher studies in the USA and are fully supported by the college. Some top recruiters visited the DJSCE campus are Oracle, Siemens, Tech Mahindra, Quickr, Atos, TATA and so on.

DJSCE infrastructure is vibrant with up-to-date facilities like gymnasium, gymkhana, conference room, spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, and workshops, etc. The fully computerized library of the college has a wide variety of books, e-books, e-journals covering all aspects of engineering subjects. New age computer facilities are also available in the institute. The college provides a wheelchair, ramp and an elevator facility for, especially able people.
